Hell's Kitchen Rooms

For nearly 100 years, the buildings of Hell’s Kitchen Rooms have been serving the Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood with short term and long term housing.

We have three buildings centrally located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan.

• West 44th Street, between 8th and 9th
• West 45th Street, between 8th and 9th

Our buildings are just a short walk to Central Park and are just steps away from Times Square.  Situated also right in the middle of the theatre district and a  just a short walk to Port Authority Bus Terminal.  Both Penn Station and Grand Central Station are  just a few Subway stops away.
